I am sharing this post as a tutorial on our local Patch. I will be doing a different upcycle/recycle project each week.
Well, the weather is changing and a comfy scarf will soon be a constant part of my wardrobe. I have seen lots of t-shirt scarves in stores and on the internet so thought this would be a good project to share. Scarves are super easy to make. If you can sew a straight stitch you're half way there.
I made a ruffled extra long t-shirt scarf. I like my scarves to be extra long so they wrap double but you can make yours any length that suits you. The fun of making a project your self is being able to personalize it.
Super cute! Love the ruffles and I am a huge fn of scarfs! Thanks for linking up with DIY under $5!
